The Marketing Junction, a global recruitment marketing agency, today announces the acquisition of the commercial operations of 66Degrees, expanding its data intelligence and enrichment capabilities for recruitment agencies in the UK and internationally.
The acquisition strengthens The Marketing Junction’s service offering by integrating specialist recruitment data services, including UK and global datasets, into its wider recruitment marketing solutions.
Strengthening the Offer for Recruitment Agencies
Under the leadership of Robert Woodford, Managing Director of The Marketing Junction, 66Degrees will operate as part of The Marketing Junction’s recruitment data offering, supporting agencies with targeted, compliant and effective outreach across multiple markets.
“We are excited to expand our capabilities in recruitment data,” said Robert Woodford. “By bringing 66Degrees into our offering, we can support recruitment agencies with better data, sharper targeting and more effective campaigns, both in the UK and globally, through a single commercial partner.”
“66Degrees has been built to serve recruiters who care about data quality and compliance,” said Matthew Stainthorpe, Founder of 66Degrees. “The Marketing Junction is a natural home for the business, and this transition ensures continuity for clients while enabling the service to sit within a wider recruitment marketing proposition.”
What This Means for Recruitment Agencies
Recruitment agencies working with The Marketing Junction can now access an expanded range of data services, including:
- ICP data mapping with bespoke, pre-qualified candidate and client databases
- UK and international contact enrichment across multiple markets
- Fast delivery timelines agreed on a per-project basis
- High standards of data accuracy and quality
- GDPR-first data processing aligned with UK and international data protection requirements
Pricing and delivery timelines will continue to be agreed on a project-by-project basis.
Continuity for Existing Clients
Existing 66Degrees clients will continue to receive uninterrupted service, with the added benefit of access to The Marketing Junction’s broader recruitment marketing expertise.
Looking Ahead
“This acquisition allows us to offer a more joined-up solution for recruitment agencies,” added Woodford. “From marketing strategy through to global data intelligence, we are building a platform designed to support recruitment growth at every stage.”
